Delivery And Return

Orders for Polure Profiles in stock are delivered within 48 hours. Delivery of ordered profiles, which are not in stock at the time of order, will be made within 21-31 working days.

METRO SRL guarantees the delivery of any shipment in good conditions and in full confidentiality, anywhere in Romania, except on Saturdays-Sundays, legal holidays and non-banking days, when no deliveries are made.

Also, METRO SRL takes care that the delivery is made in maximum safety, fast and directly to the address indicated by the customer, being insured during the transport, until the moment of delivery. The validation of the order is done by phone or online by the representatives of the company.

The delivery of the profiles is from Monday to Friday, between 09.00-18.00 and, for this reason, please let us know the address where you will be during this time (work, home, etc.). In case of dissatisfaction with the delivery services of our delivery partners, please contact us at info@mstore.ro. For other localities, delivery is made by a courier company contracted by METRO SRL. We cannot be responsible for damages caused by delays in the delivery of orders due to external factors: special weather conditions, road accidents, strikes, disasters, street demonstrations or other special situations that could prevent the courier from delivering on time, for which METRO SRL will not pay compensation for damages created by non-delivery of products on time.

Any complaints regarding the integrity/content of a parcel are made at the time of delivery on the AWB or a report is made. Any subsequent complaints regarding these issues are void.

The customer is not released from the obligation to pay the courier charges if the products are sent and not returned within 5 days after the delivery confirmation.

According to the legislation in force, the cancellation of the purchase is applicable only to natural person customers.

Thus, the consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalty and without giving a reason, within 3 working days of receipt of the product.

Cancellation within 3 days can only apply to products delivered by courier. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging, with all accessories, with intact labels and accompanying documents). The return costs will be borne by the customer, and the product will be refunded within 30 days of return.

The return of the products must be made AFTER NOTIFICATION IN WRITING to info@mstore.ro.  We reserve the right not to accept return parcels without prior written notification.

If the product is returned in a condition other than that in which it was delivered, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (if possible) or, at the customer's option, we will reship the product at the customer's expense.

This clause applies under conf. O.G. 130/2000, in the case of the purchase of products from this site using remote communication techniques, applying the definitions contained in O.G. 130/2000 art. 2 lit.e.

The customer is responsible for the damage or loss of the product following the exchange or return of products to METRO SRL. Products that have been modified (customized) at the request of the customer CANNOT be returned!

Prices, offers and images can be changed without prior notice, the price change can be determined by the following causes: price increase at the manufacturer for products that are not in stock, a fiscal change (increase in taxes and duties) after the order has been taken, etc.
