Guarantee

Guarantee All the products marketed by METRO SRL benefit from warranty conditions in accordance with the legislation in force (O.G. 21/1992, Law 449/2003 and O.G. 174/2008) and commercial policies of the manufacturers. The products are new, in original packaging and come from sources authorized by each manufacturer and supplier. In the event of a product defect during the warranty period, the customer must present the defective product to METRO SRL. The warranty is 2 years, according to the legislation in force, and the product will be replaced with a new one if the correct use is demonstrated and according to the indications on the label. Each product marketed by METRO SRL benefits from a guarantee of conformity according to the provisions of Law no. 449/2003 on the sale of products and associated guarantees. Clear details of these guarantees are given in the assembly instruction sheets of the products and no customer can request an extended guarantee, more than the one mentioned. The guarantee of the products offered by METRO SRL is that offered by the manufacturers of the products sold. In accordance with art. 11 of Law 449/2003 each customer can request in case of lack of conformity, the replacement of the product or its return.
